Review:
There’s not much I can entice you with that hasn’t already been covered in the synopsis. I took a lot of great information about natural remedies, capsules and healthy living plans to incorporate into my own life – starting with the basics if my health issues now. I can guarantee you that every woman picking up this book will find it valuable at some stage in their life and if you are a reader who prefers not go down the road of prescription medicine if it’s not necessary then this book is for you; an excellent reference book to have on your shelf or in your handbag.
This looks like a really interesting book.... I often suffer from fatigue during the week from working where sometimes I concentrate on the work in hand and not think about my heath so much.... Another one to add to the wish list... :-)
